InterPark is looking for a Digital Business Marketing Analyst to join our Product and Marketing Department.
In this role, you will report to the Product Manager, and work on digital products that support both our off-airport business and our downtown parking garages in over ten major US cities.
These products include mobile apps, web apps, and InterPark's internal tools.We are looking for someone with the skillset to help grow the business and also grow with InterPark.
You will work with many departments, including Operations, Accounting, and IT, to execute marketing and product initiatives that contribute to InterPark's larger business goals.
Recommend and implement enhancements to website and apps that align with the overall marketing goals and business strategy. There will be an emphasis on SEO.
Develop content and create a calendar for regular publishing and customer engagement. This includes blog posts, email campaigns, social media channels, demand-driving events, and other customer touchpoints.
Own the implementation and reporting of all Google Analytics, AdWords, and recommend other tools to better understand the success of marketing campaigns.
Manage all online location and social profiles. Coordinate with customer service and respond to customer inquiries via the various touchpoints.Work with the Senior Product Manager to build and manage a marketing and product backlog. This means working with a team of developers and designers to scope out new features and enhancements.
Manage product marketing campaigns around product releases or business initiatives.
Work with design to develop creative materials to support marketing initiatives.
Help coordinate product releases, both internally (InterPark internal tools) and externally (InterPark customers).
Ensure product quality by creating and executing against test cases.
Work with product and IT to troubleshoot product support issues, both internally (InterPark internal tools) and externally (InterPark customers).
Work with the Senior Product Manager leading the overall project/product initiative to prioritize and plan your project's marketing plans and product roadmap.
Work with Vice President to build marketing strategy and execute tactics that support the overall marketing strategy and business goals.
This role reports to the Senior Product Manager, Downtown and Off-Airport Parking, and is based in ChicagoThere is an in-office requirement 3-days a week, working out of our corporate Chicago office
Qualifications
0-2 years of business analyst, digital marketing, or product management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, or a related field.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
Top-notch writing skills.
You will be writing copy for customers, release notes for stakeholders, user stories for developers, and product documentation for colleagues.
Basic understanding of relational databases and website/app development.Not afraid to engage with software engineers to solve problems and deliver app and website enhancements.
Project management skills, ability to handle competing priorities, multiple stakeholders and attention to detail.
Excellent analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
