Job Purpose:
The Business Development Representative role involves collaborating with nursing homes, organizations, and individuals to promote healthcare services.

Working closely with the marketing and recruiting team, this position supports initiatives to increase awareness and interest in the organization's offerings.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Provide support to the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.

Ø Assist in producing marketing materials and collateral to maintain brand consistency and quality.

Ø Coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and presentations to engage target audiences.

Ø Analyze campaign data and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify trends for future strategies.

Ø Develop content for various platforms, ensuring messaging aligns with brand standards.

Ø Offer administrative and project support for marketing programs, including managing presentation materials and scheduling meetings.

Ø Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Ø Conduct market research to gather insights and identify opportunities for growth.

Ø Contribute to the development of content plans based on data analysis and industry trends.

Ø Assist in client coordination, assigning caregivers to eligible clients and ensuring initial care visits are scheduled.

Ø Assist in managing offices.

Other tasks, as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
A


Education, Training and Certification:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Experience:
Ø Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related roles, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Ø Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics software.

Ø Strong affinity for customer service

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ø Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and creativity in content development.

Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of graphic design software is advantageous.

Ø Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and build relationships with stakeholders.

Ø Strategic thinking and analytical skills to interpret data and inform marketing strategies.

Ø Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic industry.

Physical Demand:


Ø Work requires sitting, standing, and/or walking for periods of five hours or more, moving and examining objects at high and low reach, and reading for periods of three hours or more.


Ø Work requires driving in car and standing in meetings or outdoor events where referral source building is being accomplished.

Ø Work may involve prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional travel for marketing activities.


Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
