    Description

    VIRELLA is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing with them passion and purpose. With over a century of experience, we stand at the forefront of our industry.

    The main responsibilities of this role include managing our current portfolio of 2,000 clients, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding our client base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be tasked with guiding a team to execute these tasks effectively.

    As you become proficient in our processes and systems, you will have the opportunity to progress into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.




    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional service to our existing client base
    • Identify new business prospects within the B2B sector
    • Oversee and drive team performance and outcomes
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems
    • Consistently report on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement

    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
    • Proven track record of excellent time management and meeting deadlines


    Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.·Prioritization skills with a knack for delegation when necessary.·Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment.·Dedication to aiding individuals and fostering connections.·Exceptional time management and organizational competencies.·Background in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.·Community involvement mindset.·Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce expertise preferred).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day probation period before advancement opportunities
