    Description

    VIRELLA is in search of a dynamic leader to join our team, someone who brings both passion and purpose to the table. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are paving the way forward.

    The core responsibilities of this role revolve around managing and nurturing our existing base of 2,000 business clients, while also actively seeking out new business opportunities through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be tasked with leading a small team to carry out these essential functions.

    This position offers the chance to become a subject matter expert by mastering our processes and systems, eventually transitioning into the role of Agency Director.

    Remuneration for this role is provided on a weekly basis, with an average annual income ranging between $70,000 and $85,000.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities in a B2B capacity
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activities via our Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail
    • Proven capability in time management and meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Proficiency in task prioritization and delegation
    • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passionate about assisting people and fostering relationships
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement is highly valued
    • Familiarity with CRMs, particularly Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and access to personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before advancement
