Description
VIRELLA is currently seeking a passionate and purposeful leader to join our organization. With over 120 years of experience in the industry, we are looking for someone to take on the responsibility of servicing our current 2,000 business clients, establishing new client relationships, and leading a small team. This role offers the opportunity to become an expert in our processes, potentially leading to the position of Agency Director.
The weekly compensation for this role ranges between $70,000 and $85,000 in the first year on average. Key responsibilities include servicing existing clients, researching new business opportunities, supervising team activities, training new team members, and maintaining daily field activity reports through Salesforce-based CRM. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong leadership abilities, the capacity to work well under pressure, a passion for client relationships, sales or customer service experience, self-motivation, and community involvement.
Additionally, having knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferable. Licensing requirements include a driver's license, eligibility to work in the U.S., a clean background, and personal transportation.
