Compensation Business Partner
Key Role:
Leverage extensive knowledge to address domestic and international compe nsa tion challenges, including pay strategies, talent retention, internal compression, and market competitiveness.
Serve as an internal consultant and strategic compe nsa tion partner to an internal leadership team and other stakeholders, including finance, business leaders, legal, tax, and regulatory compliance organizations.
Demonstrate knowledge, thoughtful problem statement development, and in-depth analyses to make recommendations and influence the design, development, and implementation of competitive and equitable compe nsa tion structures across multiple countries.
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders to align and advise on compe nsa tion strategies and well managed delivery of the annual compe nsa tion cycle.
Support compe nsa tion, communication, training, and education effectively to employees and people leaders. Manage projects and identify all deliverables, milestones, timeline, responsible parties, and streamlining opportunities. Provide input into compe nsa tionpolicies
and guidelines that promotes fa irn ess, transparency, and employee satisfaction. Use a human-centered approach to create solutions that consider employee experience. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S.

Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of experience with applying advanced compe nsa tion theories, principles, and concepts to developing solutions for complex problems, including base pay management, bonus plan administration, and differentiated reward programs
4+ years of experience with advising organizational leaders, building relationships, and serving as a results-oriented change agent
Experience with domestic and international compe nsa tion surveys, programs, analyses,
budget s, and implementation
Experience with Human Resource te chn ologies, including HRIS systems
Experience with using Micro sof t Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge of employment law, compe nsa tion management, salary planning, workforce analytics, and project administration
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with using Workday
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including DCAA and dealing with DCAA or any regulatory body on compe nsa tion matters
Ability to leverageconsulting expertise, untangle and comprehend complex problems, and make recommendations to help the company scale quickly
Ability to lead and manage multiple initiatives successfully and simultaneously and pivot quickly in a growth mindset
Ability to demonstrate an excellent business orientation
Ability to perform advanced data modeling for data reporting platforms
Ability to deliver client-ready products
Ability to thi nk
creatively, provide strategic thought leadership, and demonstrate influence at all levels of the organization

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212, annualized USD).The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
