    Description

    Dave & Buster's Harrisburg is seeking a professional full-time or part-time Restaurant Food Prep Cook in Camp Hill, PA to prepare food according to the Chef's specifications.

    The Restaurant Food Prep Cook will assist kitchen leadership with daily food preparation, playing a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and quality standards.



    Responsibilities:

    • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
    • Prepare food for service (e.g. chop vegetables, prepare meat, make sauces)
    • Cook menu items in collaboration with kitchen staff
    • Follow instructions and procedures
    • Clean stations and handle leftover food
    • Manage inventory and ensure timely food service
    • Adhere to nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards
    • Maintain professionalism with coworkers and customers

    Nice to haves:

    • Prior cooking experience, including as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook
    • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
    • Ability to work with speed and accuracy
    • Familiarity with industry best practices
