    We are seeking a skilled Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook/Prep Cook, you will assist in the preparation of ingredients and perform various tasks to support our kitchen operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about food and looking to gain experience in a professional kitchen environment.

    ```Responsibilities```

    Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices

    Assist in the cooking process by following recipes and instructions from the chef

    Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes

    Ensure food is properly stored and labeled

    Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment

    Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

    Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service

    Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

    ```Requirements```

    Previous experience in food handling or culinary roles is preferred

    Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cooking methods

    Familiarity with food safety guidelines and regulations

    Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

    Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
