- A four-year degree and/or minimum 3 - 5 years' experience with software in similar or related field (Construction, Audiovisual, Telecommunications) preferred.
- Experience in a global and/or complex matrix business environment is desirable.
- Experience developing and implementing business processes and streamlining operations.
- Experience with Crestron, AMX, Extron or other AV programming is desirable.
- Experience with object orientated programming languages is desirable.
- This position regularly requires employees to sit, walk, and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment

Job Summary
The Programming Supervisor manages the delivery, development, and implementation of software solution for internal and external clients. This function includes resource management, delivery management, and service oversight of software projects installed on customer sites. The Programming Supervisor will be responsible for supervising technical employees to ensure software solutions are met for internal and external customers. This individual must have excellent multi-tasking and organization skills. Some travel maybe required in support of the job requirements.
