We're currently seeking an Overnight Supervisor to join our dynamic team, offering an enticing starting rate of $18 per hour, plus a $1 per hour premium for those late-night superhero shifts

  • Team Leadership: Become the beacon of leadership for your team and step up to manage operations in the absence of management. Foster the growth and skill development of your team through strategic recruitment and training initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain seamless operations, from stocking to maintaining cleanliness standards. Work collaboratively with your team to uphold Dash In's impeccable appearance and readiness for special guests or mystery shoppers.
  • Guest Experience: Craft unforgettable experiences for our guests while forging strong relationships. Motivate your team to uphold a safe, clean, and inviting environment, both inside and outside the store.
  • Food Operations: Ensure our food operations are unparalleled in quality and safety, leaving our guests craving more. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure consistent PAR execution, manage inventory levels effectively, and possess a thorough understanding of food operations.
  • What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • Culinary Expertise: A minimum of one year of experience in a kitchen or as a line cook is highly desirable.
  • Service Excellence: Prior experience in customer service, totaling at least one year, is essential as ensuring our guests leave with smiles is our utmost priority.
  • Leadership Aptitude: While not mandatory, any supervisory experience is highly regarded as we admire individuals who excel in leading teams.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must possess authorization to work in the United States and be at least 18 years of age.
