- Assist in the preparation of technical documents, reports, and presentations using office suite applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to engineering projects.
- Collaborate with engineers to coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to facilitate project requirements and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to convey project updates, requirements, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy across projects and departments.
- English C1/C2
- English resume is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Previous experience in the telecom and electrical industry is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with engineering principles and terminology is a plus.
