    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced NYCSCA construction site supervisor to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for the following project:

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation
    • Allocate resources for the project
    • Supervise and coordinate onsite personnel and subcontractors
    • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
    • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
    • Ensure safe site conditions as per OSHA and NYC DOB standards
    • Request necessary materials and supplies from Neelam's materials and purchasing department as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and submittals
    • Must have completed minimum safety training/requirements including SST card
    • Strong technical knowledge
    • Strong people skills
    • Familiarity with construction management software
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Deadline and detail-oriented

    *Note* SCA jobsites typically run from 4pm-12pm.
