- Publisher Management and Revenue Growth:
- Responsible for the strategic development and expansion of assigned book of growth publisher relationships to drive revenue and growth
- Develop customized revenue generation strategies for publishers to increase their earnings.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities.
- If applicable, offer premium services and solutions that align with publisher's needs
- Onboarding and Training:
- Guide recruited publishers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto our platform.
- Provide comprehensive training to publishers on how to maximize their revenue potential using our platform's tools and features.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure publisher performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to publishers, highlighting their progress and revenue growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure a seamless publisher experience and maximize platform potential.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Exposure to publisher and affiliate marketing required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of business development principles and practices.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.

Your Role atAs the Publisher Business Development Manager at , you will play a pivotal role in expanding our platform's reach and revenue potential. You will be responsible for promoting and selling value-added services to publishers and managing their expansion. Your expertise in the platform, combined with your sales acumen, will be instrumental in achieving our growth objectives.

Salary Range: $100, variable compensation plan, $18, base + commission), per year, plus eligibility to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
