Your tasks:


  • Preparation of annual and semiannual reports for all special AIFs, retail AIFs and UCITS in accordance with the legal requirements of the KAGB
  • Preparation of annual and semiannual reports for BayernInvest Luxembourg
  • Generation of all accounting documents required for the annual report and for auditors
  • Reconciliation and finalization of reports with auditors
  • Preparation of completeness declarations
  • Publication of annual and semiannual reports for all retail AIFs and UCITS in the Federal Gazette
  • Sending of audit reports to investors and BaFin
  • Implementation of new legal requirements and participation in projects in the reporting area
  • Competent contact person (m|w|d) for internal departments, BayernInvest Luxembourg, custodians and auditors
  • Fee recording and verification of fees incurred in the funds

Your profile:


  • Completed training as a bank clerk (m|w|d) or investment fund clerk (m|w|d) or completed degree in economics or comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience at a KVG or financial service provider
  • Good knowledge of securities
