Application Support Specialist - New Berlin, IL | Permanent | Full-time (38 hours)

LEW Service & Consulting GmbH is a service company of the LEW Group. Our range of services includes central service functions as well as IT, customer service, and administrative services. We are driving the digital transformation of the entire LEW Group.

Our team is responsible for the functional base services for defined applications and ensures the protection of our systems through the development of the corresponding IT security architecture.

What you will be doing:

Are you an IT and technology enthusiast with an eye for detail and a passion for smooth applications? Then we are looking for you Use your expertise to bring our applications to life, which includes:
Familiarizing yourself with business applications, installing software packages, and supporting departments in the implementation, further development, and secure configuration
Supporting change processes throughout the entire group, closely networking with our IT colleagues as well as the IT units within the group
Documenting your processes and applications carefully so that your colleagues can cover for you when you're lying on the beach
Participating in increased oncall duty to ensure smooth IT operations (e.g. during migrations)
