We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Warranty Clerk (m/f/d) for our Volvo dealership in Hamburg-Altona.

Your responsibilities will include:

Processing warranty claims for five branches in the greater Hamburg area
Submitting and invoicing warranty and goodwill claims for the brands Volvo, Polestar, LEVC, and Link&Co
Ensuring proper monitoring of claims
Providing guidance to service advisors on warranty/goodwill matters

Your qualifications:

Completed technical or commercial training in the automotive industry, ideally as an
automotive salesperson or automotive technician (m/f/d)
Knowledge of sales and service processes is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and good MS Office skills
Independent and meticulous work ethic
Strong communication skills, as well as a high level of initiative and willingness to learn
