Your future responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for the professional leadership of employees
  • You will be in charge of employee management and planning for the respective shift
  • You will provide professional training for employees (e.g. occupational safety, security briefing, and work processes)
  • You will review orders and documentation
  • You will ensure internal communication, even across shifts

Your profile:


  • You have completed a vocational training (ideally in a technical field)
  • You ideally have some professional experience in quality assurance and are willing to work in shifts (early, late, night)
  • You can maintain an overview even under pressure and act as a calm anchor for the team
  • Teamwork and communication are among your strengths
  • You have excellent written and spoken German skills
  • You have a car and a driver's license
