The Quality Systems Analyst, Training role assists in the site Training System which supports all GMP operations. Assessing training needs, generating training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees' skills and performance. Striving to continuously improve learner experiences using an array of approaches that engage learners and drive high-impact learning working with a mix of collaborative partners across functional areas. Assisting in the ongoing site training support and governance program, and management of the electronic training system, you will actively champion and promote quality standards with respect to manufacturing and quality systems and ensure compliance with those standards.

Key responsibilities:

Primary person accountable for the electronic Learning Management quality system.
Creation and update of user accounts and training assignments.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure employees receive the required training for their roles.
Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, and routine metric reporting.
Develop and maintain training curriculum content and material.
Update and support computer-based-training, instructor-led-training, job aides and other training support materials.
Support audits, regulatory inspections and CAPAs
Write clear, concise, and learner-friendly instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
Participates in training communities of practice. Gathers and shares external/internal training benchmark information, lessons learned and standard methodologies.
Identify need for additional development tools and provides recommendations to Management.
Management and oversight of Quality systems Standards and Policy documents
