- Work with DegreeWorks team to ensure the functionality provides desired results.
- Work with Business Analyst, ADU, and EITS to ensure integration with Athena.
- Work with Registrar Advisory Committees to receive input and feedback on the system.

- Ensure evidence of learning outcomes for courses and non-credit activities exists in the documentation.
- Responsible for reviewing and editing proposals for accuracy and compliance with UGA, USG, and SACSCOC policies and procedures.

- Work with appropriate faculty governance committees concerning the process.
- Work with Director of Assessment in the Office of Instruction concerning the process.
- Work with DegreeWorks team to ensure the functionality provides desired results, including providing support for faculty and staff, responding to phone calls and emails, managing access to the system, and delivering training in person and online.

- Support networking capabilities and long-term availability of a CLR between students and third parties, -including employers and platforms such as LinkedIn.

Preferred Qualifications Position Summary
This position is responsible for professional work that involves a high-level of detail and administrative oversight of the approval processes related to Experiential Learning, Institutional Competency System and Approval Process.
The person in this position is responsible for managing the users including, providing instruction and guidance on the use of the system.
In addition, this position is responsible for the facilitation of the faculty governance approval process associated with the system. The position is also responsible for oversight of the development, maintenance, and distribution of a Comprehensive Learner Record.The employee is needed to perform the tasks associated with the position with a high-level of autonomy, independence, and discretion to ensure the effectiveness of any task or service within the area of assignment.
As the primary point person for these approval processes, the employee manages the proposal review process and provides guidance to schools and colleges on proposal submissions.
This position will ensure proposals are compliant with UGA, USG, and SACSCOC policies and procedures.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
