    Proven experience in data entry

    Proficiency in data entry and management software, such as Microsoft Excel and database systems.

    strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

    Knowledge of medical terminology and supply chain processes is a plus.

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    Enter and update product information, pricing, and inventory levels into the database system.

    Process and input customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.

    Verify data accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies or errors.

    Perform routine data maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing databases.

    Assist in generating reports and analyzing data as needed.

    Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.

    Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

    Manage and process Amazon orders, including inputting order details, tracking shipment status, and resolving any issues or discrepancies.

    Coordinate with Amazon Seller Central platform to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

    Communicate effectively with Amazon support teams and resolve any order-related inquiries or concerns.
