Digital Marketing ManagerWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ecommerce professional with demonstrated success.
As a marketing manager you will be responsible for the successful execution of marketing efforts across channels, with a strong focus on email campaign strategy.
You will help plan and implement the email campaign strategy to success, while also overseeing the success of digital marketing activities across SEO, PPC, and Social channels.
Responsibilities:
Provide support in execution and strategy of key ecommerce marketing channel optimization efforts including Email, PPC, SEO and Social.
Manage email channel marketing executio, overseeing the design, testing and scheduling of weekly emails.
Optimize existing digital marketing campaigns and drive measurable growth through testing.
Conduct ongoing user research and gather competitor insights to better inform your marketing and design approach
Accountability for producing high quality work, meeting deadlines, and delivering measurable results
Collaborate with developers and IT to define solutions
Skills / Requirements
45years of ecommerce management experience, including direct control of email, PPC, SEO, web and social strategy.
Creative eye for successful web and marketing design
Experience with email planning and knowledge of effective email design; experience working with Klaviyo email platform preferred
Knowledge of today's ecommerce landscape, best practices and growth strategies for main channels: web direct (mobile and desktop), PPC, Email, SEO, Social, Affiliate
Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work on time.
Problem solver and customer-oriented
Excellent project management skills
Strong technical ability and detail-oriented
Solid communication skills and a strong sense of professionalism and flexibility, especially when receiving constructive criticism and design edit requests
Clearly communicate information and ideas through written, verbal or electronic mediums to all levels of management.
Adapts to changes in a fast-paced environment without being negatively impacted.
Expert with google and standard microsoft applications including: sheets, forms, drive, word, excel, powerpoint, etc.
