    Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).


    About The Role:
    Notion is transitioning from 'start-up' to 'scale-up'. The AMER region currently accounts for a significant portion of our user base and global revenue.

    We are looking for an exceptional Revenue Leader to help scale our expansion sales motion in AMER to the next level.

    Given the strong subscription and usage based revenue model, building out our sales organization is a vital part of our long term growth strategy.

    The Account Management team is responsible for working with Notion's sales assisted customer base to sustain and grow revenue as a critical part of our land and expand sales motion.

    They also develop strategies to grow their client base and ensure that Notion is providing quality, cost-effective services.


    What You'll Achieve:


    As the Account Management Lead, you will work directly with the Head of Sales, AMER in developing a strategy to drive new business from existing clients across all segments via expansion and renewal motions.

    You will partner with regional leaders across Sales Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to co-create the ideal customer journey and set them up for long term success with Notion.

    You will recruit, develop and lead a team of Account Managers, overseeing day-to-day activity while setting clear expectations and managing performance goals.

    You understand the importance of communication and collaboration in defining a customer-first mentality, and you will work closely with our Product, Marketing and Sales leadership teams to drive insight in to Ideal Customer Profile.

    Skills You'll Need to Bring:


    You are inspired by our mission of making software tooling ubiquitousYou have 5+ years experience as a sales/account management leaderStrong track record of achieving revenue targets across teams and individuallySkilled in managing and coaching through the full account management cycle from contract renewals through strategic expansion strategies.

    You have experience working with Customer Success teams in designing post-sales strategy, process and programs to drive account adoption, utilization, retention and growth.

    The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below.

    For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is $300,000 - $350,000 per year.
