    Job Summary

    Responsible for promoting and selling Comcast products such as video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home. Utilize in-depth knowledge of Comcast's offerings and sales processes to drive sales and effectively cover assigned territory.

    Get a signing bonus of $2,000 (paid in two installments, terms apply). Only new external hires are eligible during the specified period.

    Annual Salary: $78,000 (base salary + commission)

    Core Responsibilities

    • Expertly promote and sell Comcast products to individual customers within assigned territory.
    • Build rapport, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable products. Educate customers on product features and advantages over competitors.
    • Demonstrate strong selling skills based on relevant experience.
    • Create and implement sales plans independently, employing effective sales techniques.
    • Achieve and surpass sales targets by organizing daily activities, generating leads, and using closing techniques.
    • Have a successful track record in residential canvassing sales with a focus on direct consumer sales.
    • Possess advanced understanding of video, internet, voice, and XFINITY Home services.
    • Exhibit strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
    • Meet physical job requirements, including walking long distances in various weather conditions.
    • May need relevant licenses to sell alarm systems as per regulations.
    • Exercise independent judgment in significant matters.
    • Ensure punctual attendance and flexibility with work hours.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Salary Details:

    Base Pay: $38,831.25
    The application window lasts for 30 days from the posting date, potentially closing earlier or later based on applicant volume.

    Total Target Compensation (Base Pay + Commission): $78,581.25
