    The Tech Support Specialist provides technical support to fast paced healthcare environment. This function includes in person, hands on support, remote support to incident management response and restoration; determination of issue priority, service request fulfillment; installations, upgrades, and releases/deployments; and problem management analysis and resolution.

    Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Bassett Network
  • Analyze and investigate trends and issues
  • Work is frequently completed without established procedures
  • Works independently and with a team
  • Act as a resource for others
  • May coordinate others' activities
  • Respond to and resolve reported computer software, hardware, operating system
  • Fulfill service requests
  • Perform installations, upgrades, releases & deployments

    Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in a technical support position
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Ability to provide coverage on weekends & holidays on an on call basis

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active directory experience
  • MS Office experience (teams, outlook, exchange)
  • ServiceNow experience
  • HP Printer support experience

    • Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Customer service skills
  • Interpersonal skills to handle confidential information and sensitive situations
  • Ability to prioritize work

    • New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $19.47 to $38.08 per hour . Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable .
