    Description

    Monolith Construction LLC is seeking to a hire a construction superintendent with 8+ years of construction experience.

    The successful candidate for the Superintendent position will be responsible for the supervision and leadership of all field aspects for their project. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that thrives in a team environment.

    Routine duties may include but not limited to:

    · Coordination meetings with Project Manager

    · Updating schedule

    · Leading site meetings with subcontractors

    · RFI management

    · Inspecting of work

    · Quality control

    · Ensuring a safe working environment per company Safety Policy

    · Maximizing efficiency of employees, subcontractors and vendors

    · Maintaining job records log and photo documentation

    · Resolving problems pertaining to plans or specifications, conflicts with the architect, engineer, clients and subcontractors

    · Documenting all corrections, changes and requests

    Requirements:

    · 8+ years construction Experience

    · 4+ years as superintendent on commercial projects $500,000.00+

    · OSHA 10 hour minimum

    · Proven ability to work in a team environment

    · Basic computer skills
