    This leading General Contractor are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee their Commercial projects across the Knoxville area. This is a role suited to people who can hit the ground running

    The Construction Superintendent responsibilities will be:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Provide strong leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
    • Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
    • Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure construction work meets industry standards and client expectations.

    The Construction Superintendent will need:

    • At least 5 years of experience in Commercial construction project management required.
    • Knowledge of Procore preferred.
    • Strong understanding of construction project management principles, methods, and tools
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines.
