- Assist in organizing on-site activities and ensuring compliance with procedures
- Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and oversee project punch and closeout
- Update project schedules and communicate with operations leaders
- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Procore and estimating platforms
- Experience in construction management and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ownership mindset and confidentiality maintenance
- Prior construction experience, punctuality, and reliability
- Capacity to follow directions and seek assistance when needed
