Position:
Assistant Project Management Office (m/f/d)


Responsibilities:

  • Organizational and administrative support (scheduling and tracking appointments, time tracking, billing, and documentation)
  • Liaison and multiplier for projectrelated information internally and externally
  • Creation or collaboration on reports and presentations
  • Organization and preparation of project meetings

Requirements:

  • Commercial education, IT education, or Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in project management, preferably in the IT field
  • Organizational skills and desirable knowledge of Prince
  • Strong communication skills and serviceoriented mindset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
