Administrative Specialist Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
You independently manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable for selected companies within the DENIOS Group. You reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable and clarify any discrepancies. You handle customer inquiries, outgoing credit notes, and customer credit notifications, and manage the dunning process. You actively participate in projects within the finance and accounting department, such as digitalization and process optimization.


Your profile:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), or have a comparable qualification. You have at least some experience in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable. Good knowledge of SAP and the MS Office package, especially Excel, is desirable. You possess strong teamwork and communication skills. You have an interest in professional and personal development and proactively pursue it.
