With the establishment of the "Learning & Development" department, we have created a digital learning platform for the qualification and development of employees and companies.

Our business is booming and to meet all of our inquiries, we need you Therefore, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) in the Learning & Development department at our Hebron, IN location as soon as possible.

The Learning & Development department is a true all-rounder - whether it's being the first point of contact for our customers interested in further education, creating and processing offers, or participating in various projects, as well as maintaining our CRM system.


What we need from you:

  • Calculation of offers and investment overviews in the Learning & Development department of the DPS|BS Academy
  • Creation of relevant documents such as offers, order confirmations, and (recurring) invoices
  • Processing orders from our customers
  • Organization, documentation, and management of contracts
  • Maintenance of master data in our ERP software and documentation in the CRM system
  • Handling incoming inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, and video call
  • Selfacquisition through direct contact with
