Job Description:
We are currently seeking a part-time (26 hours)
Administrative Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to join our production site in Flieden.


In this role, you will be responsible for processing production orders and providing organizational support to the sales team in the daily commercial and logistical operations.


What to expect:

  • Processing, managing, and tracking production orders in close collaboration with the sales team at our Lüdenscheid location
  • Telephone support for customers during order processing in coordination with the sales team
  • Monitoring and coordinating production and delivery dates
  • Preparation of transport documents
  • Handling and resolving complaints and returns with a focus on excellent customer
