    We are currently seeking a Commercial Lines Department Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between $60,000 and $90,000, with additional bonuses based on department performance. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in managing a successful team to provide tailored insurance solutions to our clients while contributing to our agency's growth and success.     Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm) Work Schedule


    Responsibilities
    • Train and coach new and existing staff.
    • Meeting with ownership to discuss plans and strategies.
    • Create goals and expectations for staff.
    • Provide support with escalated client situations.
    • Implement strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
    • Marketing efforts to obtain and retain complex clientele scenarios.
    • Additional management responsibilities will apply.

    Requirements
    • Must have an active North Carolina Property and Casualty License and 7 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience to be considered for this position.
    • Must have knowledge of Applied Management system, and preferably Applied/EPIC.
    • Experience using agency management systems to organize and manage client information.
    • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
    • Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
    • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Collaborative and supportive team leader who fosters a positive work environment.
    • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability in tasks.
