Manager (m/f/d)

for the Central Card Department

Your tasks with us

You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and report to the head of the competence center.

You are responsible for the development of your team members (regular feedback discussions, training, etc.) and plan the onboarding of new employees.

Together with your team, you are responsible for back office activities related to bank and credit cards.

You handle correspondence with our card service providers.

You analyze controlling results, identify areas for improvement, and implement them.

You design efficient and future-oriented work processes.

Through regular checks, you continuously improve the quality of your results and exchange ideas intensively with the branches you support.

In projects, you take on the role of project manager.
