    Description

    Location Columbus, OH

    Lead, develop, and coach the Aftermarket Sales and Service teams.

    Accountable for revenue, growth, and profitability of the team.

    Develop the technical capabilities, which includes identifying and defining the training requirements.

    Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and workload balancing.

    Create accurate and realistic budgets and responsible for realizing financial forecast

    Accountable for the P&L for Aftermarket Sales and Services, Americas.

    Develop relationships with external customers and support sales visits, working cooperatively with cross-functional team members including engineering, maintenance, and operations staff.

    Support processes to provide prompt customer service.

    Contribute to future sales potential by generating sales leads for the Sales team.

    Promote services and products to current customer base

    Understand how the business fits into the broader marketplace.

    Demonstrate a technical understanding of all products and services offered.

    Track, record, and analyze warranty and non-warranty service hours.

    Work on expanding existing service offering by developing new service programs.

    **Sr. Manager Aftermarket Sales**

    The Senior Manager of Aftermarket Sales will be responsible for the growth and profitability of all Aftermarket Sales for the organization. This position, balance short- and long-term goals, keeping own and team's work aligned with overall goals of the company.

    **Requirements**

    Bachelors degree in electrical engineering (EE) equivalent degree required.

    Five to seven years related experience.

    Minimum of three years directly managing a team.

    Demonstrates technical aptitude.

    Management of a virtual team desired.

    Proven sales and service growth experience.

    Travel Requirements up to 40% inclusive of domestic and international.
