Entry Level Supply Chain Role
Location:
Philadelphia, PA 19114
Comp: 24-27$/hour
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including data entry and filing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in a customerfacing role is preferred, but not required.
Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
