Entry Level Supply Chain Role

Location:
Philadelphia, PA 19114


Comp: 24-27$/hour

Responsibilities:


  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including data entry and filing.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in a customerfacing role is preferred, but not required.

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
