Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at our Oaks, PA location.

As an integral member of our finance department, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of accounts receivable, including research, collections, and billing.

Location:
Oaks, PA

Comp: 55-65k plus bonus

Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis on accounts receivable transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing to customers
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to facilitate timely collections
Reconcile accounts receivable subledger to the general ledger
Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers
Assist with monthend closing activities and provide support for audits as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
3+ years of accounts receivable experience, including collections and billing
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with SAP or Oracle preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
Prior experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry is a plus
