- Responsible for setting up nontechnical equipment and furniture for events hosted at the Seminary
- Maintaining a thorough inventory of all event supplies, relevant storage areas, and distributing equipment, furniture, and dcor to optimize event preparation efficiency
- Responsible to keep the following areas clean and tidy: lobby areas, elevators, banquet areas, offices, and conference rooms
- Articulate, maintain, and facilitate the highest standards of service and hospitality
- Comply with all safety, security, and cleanliness policies in accordance with Riley Center standards
- Partner with other OEM managers and staff to accomplish OEM-wide initiatives

The divine mission of the Seminary mandates that all personnel must demonstrate a commitment to the purposes of the Seminary. Every employee shall be an active member of a local church of believers in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. It is expected that conduct becoming a follower of Jesus Christ will be portrayed in the community.
Job Summary:
The Support Staff employee has the responsibility to setup for internal and external events at the Riley Center. He or she is also responsible for the custodial needs and cleanliness of the public areas of the Riley Center (e.g., lobby areas, elevators, banquet areas, offices, and conference rooms). This position is labor-intensive. Applicants should have a flexible schedule being able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays up to 28 hours per week. This position will be under the supervision of the Director of the Offices of Events Management.
