- Supervise monthly / quarterly billing cycle.
- Monitoring and collection of aged accounts receivable.
- Calculate Performance fees.
- Work with various internal teams to assist with the formulation of fee structures.
- Assist with all operational issues in regard to billing.
- Must be detail /control oriented.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with various levels of management.
- Must demonstrate an ability to take ownership of processes/responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years' experience in asset management or financial services accounting / operations.
- Must have supervisory experience.
- Basic accounting knowledge and ability to understand impact on financial statements.
- Knowledge of Revport and Workday software is a plus.

The Accounts Receivable/Billing Manager is responsible for oversight of billing, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations at Boston Partners.
This position will be replacing a long tenured manager and will be transitioning over a period with the manager's training.
This position will work alongside the Controller to replace the legacy AR/Billing system to better handle Boston Partners' growing client base and complexities.
There is an opportunity to reorganize the group's responsibilities to better tackle the broadening workload.Major Responsibilities
