They have an innovative approach and dedication to excellence. Currently, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Manager to join their team on a contract basis.

    Job Description: As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading enterprise-wide change management efforts for our healthcare clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies to support strategic initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of organizational changes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful transformation and enhance organizational performance.

    • Lead large enterprise-wide change management efforts, guiding complex projects from initiation to implementation.
    • Develop and deliver change management strategies for projects of varying complexity, identifying resistance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Advise on the implications of organizational plans and actions, providing recommendations to enhance change adoption and sustainability.
    • Plan and execute change management deliverables, including organizational assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and sustainability plans.
    • Act as a technical change management expert, collaborating closely with project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

    Requirements:

    • Workday Change Management experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project).
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey plans and policies.
    • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, capable of leading team meetings and presentations.
