- Lead implementations and manage relationships with project stakeholders (clients, third parties, vendors, and internal stakeholders)
- Engage in project kick-off meetings to review expectations, deliverables, and timelines
- Migration of data into platform
- Train end users on using the software application and best practice business processes
- Guide end user through User Acceptance Testing
- Initiate customer go live
- Gather and document accurate requirements for software configuration designed to meet the true business needs of the client
- Guide and mentor associate and intermediate level team members on technical and managerial aspects of technical delivery, project management and business development
- 5+ years experience implementing software applications
- Using and implementing one or more of the following systems - accounting, inventory management, sales order processing software or equivalent technology
- Experience delivering consulting & training services (customer facing)
- Experience delivering product/technical solutions
- Great at building and maintaining good customer relationships
- An understanding of eCommerce technologies and online marketplaces
- An understanding of small to medium-size business operations

As our Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading software implementations of the Brightpearl and Inventory Planner by Sage products.
Everyday you will serves a product expert during the sales cycle by adding value throughout the solution delivery stage, ensuring quality delivery standards are met, and facilitating a smooth customer handover to the Customer Success and Support teams.
To thrive in this role, you must have the ability to effectively manage diverse teams, meet customer objectives, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
