What You Will do:
Learn, understand and execute NEOGOV's Implementation & Configuration practices. Become an SME of NEOGOV Time & Attendance module. Configure the NEOGOV solutions, demonstrate the configurations through building prototype systems, testing and best practices guidance. Partner with internal and external partners to ensure crossfunctional needs are met; develop and convey a clear understanding of the unique needs to various audiences. Identify and implement system improvement and process improvement opportunities in NEOGOV HRIS suite (HR, Payroll, Time/Attendance). Participating in annual training, NEOGOV's Annual Conference, industry events, and facetoface customer meetings (Travel 10%)
Who You Are:
- Career and growth Oriented
What You Have 23 years of experience supporting Time & Attendance, either internally or as a consultant. B.A/B.S Required Proficient understanding of Time & Attendance, Time & Attendance concepts and standard Time & Attendance processes. Previous consulting, implementation or administrator experience in a technical and/or HR space. Working knowledge of the public sector is preferred, but not required
