    Description

    TalentGuard is seeking a dynamic SaaS Implementation Consultant or Sr. Implementation Consultant to join our team. As the Implementation Consultant, you lead enterprise and mid-size customer implementations of TalentGuard's Saas product suite. You will ensure customer satisfaction through the effective delivery of our software solutions and professional services, understanding the client's business requirements, guiding their implementation, and leading in the configuration of the various products.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Serving as project lead and primary client contact drives customers to successful implementations.
    • Utilize a prescriptive and consultative orientation in guiding clients through the implementation process.
    • Leverage best practices and previous implementation experiences to guide the customer to a repeatable and scalable business process.
    • Responsible for delivering implementation projects that delight the client and are on time and on budget.
    • Work closely with customers to validate key system configurations including workflow configuration, data integration, data mapping, and other system setup functions.
    • Lead configuration workshops and data projects and relate customer requirements and processes to the system's capabilities.
    • Evolve TalentGuard's implementation methodology and client treatment model.
    • Assist the integration team by conveying requirements and assistance in testing integrations to third-party solutions.
    • Share product knowledge and best practices with the Customer Success team.
    • Serve as a liaison to product management and development on key customer needs and issues.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Must be a dynamic, self-motivated individual passionate about implementation and customer success.
    • 4+ years of experience implementing and supporting SaaS software projects and/or customer accounts.
    • Functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: performance management, succession planning, competency management, career pathing, talent acquisition, or LMS
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Demonstrated project management experience
    • Business analysis and requirements gathering expertise
    • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
    • Ability to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
