    Description
    Our client is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to join their team This is permanent position offering full benefits (Health, Dental, Vision), 401k match, PTO, and other company perks

    This position is HYBRID 1 day/week in office, 4 days/week Work From Home

    Candidates must be local to Atlanta, GA or Indianapolis, IA.


    As the point of contact for company vendors, you are the representative face of the company, and must be professional and display the values of the business.

    The responsibilities of a Vendor Specialist include:


    • Providing outstanding customer service to vendors for a business
    • Vendor onboarding and set up in ServiceEdge
    • Creating reports in field service management
    • Coordinating vendor payments
    • Managing company cash flow
    • Insurance verification
    • Maintaining effective communication
    • Account management for vendors to oversee the day-to-day interactions with each.
    • Ensuring satisfaction and high operational standards
