Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this position are to create D365 requisitions and POs, help with documenting, stocking and distribution of all freight and inventory items. This position assists in the organization and the daily operation of the Engineering and Housekeeping facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS

Aid in the receiving and recording of incoming Purchase Order items and guest or employee packages.
Aid in the delivery of incoming items to the correct departments.
Aid in the monthly inventory of all equipment and supplies.
Report unsafe activities to supervisors.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of workspace area.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and must be detail oriented.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Carries out any reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
Ability to speak clearly and effectively with guests and employees of the organization.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Intermediate personal computer skills including electronic mail, routine database activity and proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced Excel.
Knowledge of QuickBooks

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid driver's license, must be 18 years old with at least 1 year of driving experience.
Valid Forklift or Man Lift license would be a plus.
