We are currently seeking an administrative assistant (m/f/d) or office clerk or office manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Zephyr Cove, NV.
Area of operation:
Saxony (Leipzig, Dresden, Zwickau, etc.) and full-time

Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating measurements
- Entering measurements into Excel
- Checking incoming and outgoing invoices
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinating material procurement with the purchasing department
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of experience in the construction industry and managing large construction projects is an advantage
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Ability to work independently, responsibly and in an organized manner
