Your Responsibilities:


  • You will take on general assistant tasks for the management, such as answering phone calls, coordinating and initiating phone and video conferences, managing and filing documents, preparing meetings, and providing necessary materials.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating schedules and travel arrangements for our managing director.
  • You will assist in monitoring deadlines and followups.
  • You will conduct general research tasks and assist in maintaining digital and physical documents, as well as other related administrative tasks.
  • You will support the HR department with all administrative tasks related to employee management, such as issuing employee certificates, reporting, contract management, and maintaining employee records.

Your Profile:


  • You have a commercial education, with a background as a legal assistant being advantageous.
  • You have relevant work experience as an assistant to management.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • You enjoy working in a team and are able to handle tasks efficiently.
