The Company

The RoleSenior member of the Executive Leadership Team
Responsible for the development and implementation of the operations strategy and contributing to the wider strategic direction of the business across a range of markets it operates in.
Breadth of the role touches most aspects of the business, including oversight of a significant manufacturing footprint, logistics, purchasing and ownership of the "end to end" order fulfilment process.
Person Profile
Minimum of 7 years senior operational management experience covering the key functions of manufacturing, supply chain and health & safety
Qualified to a minimum of degree level the candidate will possess a high degree of intellectual rigour and a desire to analyse and optimise the use of data in the business to drive strategy and performance
A track record of working with an established S&OP process
Significant people management experience ideally with teams of over 150
Knowledgeable in Lean manufacturing techniques and how to use these as a template to deliver operational excellence
Ambitious, persistent, resolute with gravitas and a demonstrable 'can do' attitude that both colleagues and customers buy into
