- Emphasize outstanding customer service and enforce quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with management and maintain store reporting.
- Ensure promotions, advertising, and merchandising are executed correctly.
- Supervise and motivate Opticians and Sales associates.
- Assist in forecasting staffing needs and recruiting high-caliber staff.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Prior optical sales and supervisory experience.
- Proven leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of store operations and success metrics.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
