- 3-5 years non-profit fundraising experience/sales

- Experience in recruitment and oversight of volunteers
- Excellent solicitation and stewardship writing and speaking abilities
- Track record of successful revenue generation and growth
- Track record of success in project and process management
- Valid driver's license necessary

Individual Giving Manager
Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Individual Giving, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta (BBBSMA) is seeking a dynamic, strategic, goal-focused, and mission-driven Individual Giving Manager to join the department at its headquarters located in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for identifying, cultivating, securing, and stewarding individual donors and volunteers to support the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters. Key responsibilities include: overseeing donor screening, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities and initiatives; creating and implementing strategic plans for specific donor segments (first time, volunteer, peer-to-peer, monthly, and mid-level donors); generating and delivering content for electronic and direct mail communications; oversight and support of social fundraising efforts; support of donor visits, site tours, and event; meeting key performance metrics; and reporting regularly on progress toward goals.
