It sounds like you're the perfect fit for the job as a specialist in gastronomy. In this training, the focus is on making the guests' stay as pleasant as possible so that they feel at home. This includes not only friendly service, but also comprehensive knowledge about the offered food and drinks. You are also responsible for preparing guest and conference rooms and for cleanliness and order. You will learn all of these areas with us and much more.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN YOUR TRAINING

Receiving, caring for and advising guests
Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks
Serving dishes and comprehensive knowledge about food and drinks

Basics of food and its use, as well as preparing simple dishes
